- Tidio's pricing page starts Lyro at 50 conversations, with tiers up to 1,000, but doesn't list each tier's price in its text. Its help center had the top tier at $700.
- Its Shopify App Store listing shows the Lyro AI Chatbot plan at $39 a month for up to 200 Lyro conversations, so check which price applies if you buy through Shopify.
- The Free plan includes 50 Lyro conversations once, not every month.
